Learn how to prepare beef tartare and Venetian cicchetti (delicious bite-size appetizers unique to this city), sipping Italian Champagne, Franciacorta. Moving onto Amarone,  a rich Italian dry red wine from the Veneto region, guests will prepare a mouth-watering squid ink tonnarelli with lobster, and conclude with the main attraction, Pesce in Cartoccio (in English: "baked fish in parchment").
