Featuring live music by local band The Usual Suspects at Cielo Bar every Friday from 8:00 to 11:00 pm. Join mixologist Michael Clark at the Cielo bar and enjoy his latest spring cocktail program. Clark is working in partnership with the Gin Girl Natasha Bahrami from the Gin Room, owner of the Planter's House Ted Kilgore and the beverage manager from Mission Taco, Kyle Harland. Stop by and taste the 'Barreled Rebellion' with bases of New Holland barrel aged Gin and Clockwork orange liquor; the 'Kentucky Breeze' consisting of Four Roses Bourbon with Pickney Bend Tonic Syrup; or the 'Mission Top Shelf Margarita' with Miastro Dobel Tequila and dry Curacao.

Start your Sunday off on the right foot! Instructor, Debby Siegel leads this all levels class that emphasizes breath, movement, strength and conscious-living yoga. Make the most of your morning as we build heat while balancing the body, mind and spirit. The class will conclude with a healthy snack from Cielo Restaurant to refuel and energize. Chef Gian Nicola Colucci and his team have prepared a mouth-watering line-up that Mom is sure to love. Gourmet favorites include a seafood raw bar featuring crab claws, cold-smoked shrimp, oysters and sushi. The vast selection of local, farmhouse cheeses and charcuterie are a great starter before enjoying multiple action stations such as the Belgium waffle, omelet, pasta and carving stations.

  • Entree stations: Roasted pork shank, New York strip loin, roasted deviled chicken with mustard mango sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes with pancetta, baked asparagus with bacon and fontina cheese, sea bass with capers and black olives.

Summer in St. Louis just got sweeter with a Havana Nights Labor Day weekend celebration on the Sky Terrace, Sunday, September 3 from 5 -10 p.m. The party will feature a menu of whole roasted snapper, smoked pork, ropa vieja, ceviche, sweet plantains, Cuban custard and more. Stay cool with made-to-order Mojitos, Cuba Libres and Cuban brews. Citrus-basil Mojito popsicles will keep guests cool as they move their feet and jive to the sounds of a live band playing Latin favorites. The evening will conclude with a fireworks show under the stars.
