Enjoy a Thanksgiving feast prepared by Executive Chef Gian Nicola Colucci and his talented staff - whether at home or at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. The culinary team is finalising the menus, which include twists on traditional Thanksgiving favourites.

In Cielo Restaurant on the eighth floor, a sumptuous buffet is planned with many "action stations," including the following menu highlights:

  • Entrée stations: Deep-fried turkey legs and wings, pork belly and roasted green apple stuffing; and a carving station with smoked turkey, coffee-rubbed prime rib and oven-baked red snapper
  • Pasta station: Risotto with braised short ribs, and seafood ravioli
  • Seafood display: Oysters, crab claws, shrimp, smoked salmon, charred tuna, sushi and crab cakes
  • Dessert station: Italian house-made gelato, Black Forest torte, gingerbread pot de crème, pumpkin roulade, maple pecan panna cotta, eggnog crema and cinnamon crumble, and pecan crostadas with cinnamon cream

The buffet also includes a charcuterie station, soup and salad station, Asian corner and a kids' corner.

The Thanksgiving Day Buffet is available on Thursday, November 24, 2016 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Pricing is USD 79 per person, USD 20 for children aged 5 to12 and free for children aged 4 and under. Reservations can be made by calling +1 314 881 5759.

For USD 295, at-home hosts can take advantage of the Thanksgiving To Go option that serves 10 people. The menu includes: whole-roasted free range turkey or boneless breast and leg, orange cranberry sauce, giblet-sage gravy, roasted sweet potato purée, roasted Brussels sprouts, whipped potatoes, green bean casserole and two pies - pumpkin pecan and cranberry apple.
